Kindergarten students learn about "sound" while studying
different musical instrument families. They choose different "kitchen
items" from home--keeping in mind if that item might be a "hitting, blowing,
or shaking" instrument.
With John Philip Sousa's "King Cotton March" blasting
through the stereo, the students march and play their "Kitchen Band Musical
Instruments!"
