Vanderberg & Holton's  classes choose a painting in Music Class that they like.  They then write about what they see "musically" and "artistically" in the painting.  They include comments about the technique and style of the painting, as well as what they think the painting would "sound" like if they could hear it!  After writing their rough draft, they are taken into the computer lab to create their final composition.
