"Hasty Pudding"

As part of their study of Early
American Music, 2nd Grade students learn the song, "Yankee Doodle."
Getting a true feel for the life the Early Americans lived, the students
partake in sampling "Hasty Pudding."

This year the staff at Shepherd
Elementary were invited to join the 2nd graders.
Following the tragic events
of Sept. 11, 2001, sharing this Early American food provided a small
feeling of unity amongst us.
